1. Information collected

When you complete the required checkout details and click the payment button, we record the buyer’s name, delivery email, mobile number, buyer type, selected products, payment status and order reference. This checkout record may be created even if payment is not completed.

When you request a free resource, we record the submitted name, Google-account email, level or form, optional WhatsApp number, resource requested, referral and campaign information, delivery status, required delivery consent and whether optional study-update consent was selected. We do not request payment information for free resources.

2. How the information is used

We use this information to prepare and verify orders, identify incomplete payments, provide checkout support, prevent duplicate or fraudulent delivery and maintain order records. Digital materials are delivered only after payment is independently verified.

Free-resource information is used to grant the submitted Google email viewer access, record delivery status and provide support. Optional study or product updates are sent only when the separate optional consent box is selected.

3. Payment information

Payment is processed by ToyyibPay. YourStudyHack does not receive or store your payment-card number, banking password or online-banking login details.

4. Service providers

Order information is handled through the services needed to process payment, record the purchase and deliver access, including ToyyibPay, Google services and website hosting providers. We do not sell customer personal information.

5. Website analytics and advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand website visits, product views, checkout activity and confirmed purchases. These services may process device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed and interactions. We do not include the buyer’s name, delivery email or phone number in our website conversion events. Google Signals and Google advertising personalisation are disabled in our website configuration.

6. Data protection

We use reasonable access controls and keep customer information only for business, support, delivery and record-keeping purposes.

7. Your choices

You may contact us to ask about your order or free-resource information, request a correction, or withdraw optional study-update consent. Some records may need to be retained for payment, fraud-prevention, accounting or legal purposes.
